Carokole
Parent of Rafferty Longhorn and partner of Amaith, Carokole is a long lived dwarf and founder of what would be known as modern medicine. They would provide guidance to many people throughout their long life.
One True Love
Throughout Carokole's life, there was only one whom they ever had a true romantic relationship with, Amaith. Drawn together by their mutual love academics, notably including poetry, they grew from rivals into lovers.
However, their relationship did not survive the birth of their son, Rafferty, as they disagreed on how he should be raised. They drifted apart and eventually divorced.
Through the Generations
After Amaith's disappearance, Carokole attempted to guide Rafferty toward a life of medicine and care. While Rafferty did embrace some of the philosophies of care, Rafferty eventually decided to go his own way.
Carokole was a key person in cultivating the relationship and marriage of Theodora and Dracet. They helped Drcaet accept their past and was a steward to Theodora. While not one of great power, Carokole's presence and the respect they built over the age, helped solidify their place on the throne.
Late in their life, Carokole was asked with their greatest work was, surprising everyone at the gathering, they said their sense of responsibility, that they had brought to all their works, is their greatest work.
Though it is had to document, it is rumored that Carokole was a great inspiration to King Alouitious IV.
