It was once an area for cross-class bread breaking but has been indefinitely closed to the public by the House of Customs Authority due to a trans-dimensional portal opening within its confines.
It's widely believed that the dimensional stone that formed this rift was accidentally activated by an Abettor's Guild temp hired by the Dimmer Gang. The ghost of this temp is reportedly haunting a Dimmer Gang backroom.
