Dimmer Gang
The Dimmer Gang is a criminal organization active in the City of Andorith. They are primarily active in the UnderDim and Night Market. There is a rumor that the people at the top of their leadership hierarchy are not people.
Dimmer Gangers feel their primary duty is to tell no secrets, and move any goods they receive. They excel in knowing who has what they seek and how they are vulnerable.
In the Day and Night Markets
The Prime Market has been until recently one of the Dimmer Gang's two primary locations for business. However, the Dimmer Gang recently applied to purchase a permanent Great Market stall and was granted permission by the Black Chamber of the Commerce Guild. The stall is not popular with most fellow Great Market proprietors, and the permission the Dimmer Gang received is widely seen as a slap to tHoCA's authority and has caused tension between tHoCA and the Black Chamber of the Commerce Guild.
It's unclear how the Great Market stall will affect the relationship between the Dimmer Gang and Prime Market. However, many Prime Market proprietors are frustrated by the closing of Carokole Plaza and blame its closure on the Dimmer Gang.
Relationship with the House of Custom's Authority
Carokole Plaza
An Abettor's Guild temp created the Carokole Plaza trans-dimensional rift while working on a dimensional stone under the Dimmer Gang's orders. The indefinite closure of Carokole Plaza, a popular Prime Market hot spot, has hurt tolerance of the Dimmer Gang among the general populace and increased already-high tension with the House of Customs Authority.
The temporary worker's ghost is reportedly haunting a Dimmer Gang backroom.
Hungry Man
Hungry Man is a Prime Market celebrity who always seems to be in line for food at the Night Market, but never makes it to the front of the line. Affable and charismatic, Hungry Man is regularly approached by fans for autographs and seems to relish the mystery surrounding him. Many theories have arisen regarding his objectives in the Prime Market, but he is in reality a spy who stands around in lines as part of his work passing on information to and from the Dimmer Gang.
