This theater of the commons amphitheater -- named for the famed founder of modern medicine -- is located in the Prime Market. It was once an area for cross-class bread breaking but has been indefinitely closed to the public by the House of Customs Authority due to a trans-dimensional portal opening within its confines.
It's widely believed that the dimensional stone that formed this rift was accidentally activated by an [[Abettor's Guild]] temp hired by the Dimmer Gang. The ghost of this temp is reportedly haunting a Dimmer Gang backroom.
