Quarina Institute of Art

Located on the central plaza of Quarina in a grand old building the Quarina Instritute of Art is home to paintings by all the great masters, shown in the best way possible: with the addition of psychotropic drugs. The museum is still a source of revelation, and the museum's motto -- "Art doesn't get more personal" -- refers to the unique, individual experiences that patrons have while under the influence of these prismatics.

Jamdoud Brickmantle, a petulant emerging artist, can often be found hanging out here.
