Born and raised in the Port to a prominent family of House of Customs Authority agents, Glitter rebelled against the regimented nature of both his family and expectation that shed join the family's tradition of service.

Fashion
Most days Karoda wears a long-sleeve dress with an open-fronted bodice. It is pleated and ends at the calf. The dress has a lightweight decorative outer layer which is deliberately slashed to reveal the heavy practical inner layer. The outer layer is 6 dark colors, arranged in hoops. The inner layer has exaggerated embroidery.
Karoda ornaments her clothing with miniature pinned badges, each one to commemorating an unforgettable experience she participated in.
She wears a metal crown and half-length supple leather boots.
