Located on the central plaza of Quarina in a grand old building the Quarina Instritute of Art is home to paintings by all the great masters, shown in the best way possible: with the addition of psychotropic drugs. The museum is still a source of revelation, and the museum's motto "Art doesn't get more personal" refers to the unique and individual experiences patrons experience while under the influence of these drugs.
Jamdoud Brickmantle, a petulant emerging artist, can often be found hanging out here.
