Vouardaria

Vouardaria is the capital city and inhabited planet of the Vouard exoplane. Natives of this exoplane are called Vouardarians. Its surface has few mountains but is littered with rivers, lakes, and canyons. The majority of the planet's water is frozen at the two poles.

Vouardarians typically come from one of two civilizations separated by a mountain. The native technology level of both societies is Bronze Age, and their dialects of the Vouard language are around 80% mutually intelligible. The non-capital civilization is much more acquainted with and influenced by interplanar travel than the capital. However, the vast majority of Vouardarians who've permanently settled in Andorith are from the capital civilization.
