Voidserpent

There are small ones that predate on void barnacles and are seen as bad luck to kill.

Legendary creature said to live amongst the rings. There's A BIG 'UN MY PAPPY SEEN IT.

Their scales are made of undigested space rock, made of mineable materials. Between two layers of scale they keep some of the eaten rock portion, which when the space between scales depressurizes gets pushed to fill the gap and prevent further depressurization.

They seem to be rock eating, attack ships that they see as a threat, not for food. Live in Folanger's Belt in the Coral Rings around Haven.

If the mining conglomerates knew their true nature maybe things might be different.
