Udakan Valkai was created as a stand-alone game for the Andorith metaverse using a modified variant of the Category:Bottled Cities Game. The tables were used to select topics which were then built upon Atlas-style. This source material is intended for use as an exoplane to Andorith with no explicit connection to it. Udakan Valkai is the primary city on the Udakanian exoplane. Created on 4/14/2023.

- Master of: Water, Food, Air, Shelter, Connections, Dead, Restorations
- Elected by the people for 7 year terms, one each year. Voting is mandatory and easy.
- Tower from ground to spire: Dead, Food, Water, Air, Connections, Shelter, Restorations
- You are expected to retire after you serve a single term.
- Masters are responsible for their own upkeep.
- Citizens apply to offer voluntary hospitality (food, lodging) to Masters multiple times a week in order to keep the Masters in touch with the people.
- City is led by The Council of 7. Each is responsible for a certain aspect of the city.
