Udakan Valkai was created as a stand-alone game for the Andorith metaverse using a modified variant of the Category:Bottled Cities Game. The tables were used to select topics which were then built upon Atlas-style. This source material is intended for use as an exoplane to Andorith with no explicit connection to it. Udakan Valkai is the primary city on the Udakanian exoplane. Created on 4/14/2023.

The Tower of the 7

Near center of the cities lies The Tower of the 7, which houses the Council of 7, the main place of governance for Udakan Valkai. It houses the main administrations of the 7 master of the city. Masters are like city councilors except each one is responsible for a particular part of the city infrastructure. From ground floor up to the spire, the sections of the tower or ordered thusly: Dead, Food, Water, Air, Connections, Shelter, Restorations. These levels do not indicate any level of importance, all of these areas are of equal importance to the city. Each Master's title is simply Master of X, so Master of Water, Master of Food, etc. Each one is elected to serve a term of 7 years, with one election being held each year. Voting is mandatory and easy. Masters are expected to retire after serving a single term and are responsible for their own upkeep, however, citizens apply to offer voluntary hospitality (food, lodging) to Masters multiple times a week in order to keep the Masters in touch with the people. The Masters of Water, Food, and Shelter are responsible for providing these basic necessities to the citizens of the city. Master of Air makes sure the air of the city is as clean as it can be, but is more of a scientific administration. Connections is very similar to our Earth side departments of transportation.
