Can bring in tech, but big waiting trial period. Still part of the community though, go to market, etc. Humanoid fantasy races. You can tell people from the reserve based on their ren fair look. Certain magics, local magics, are ok. Hedgewitchery. Also a comfort with fire, from their trembling fire purification and festivals.
