Black Chamber of the Commerce Guild

The Black Chamber of the Commerce Guild is an assembly of liches and their attendants that run the Great Market of Andorith. Their motto is "First Respect Paperwork, then Respect Hierarchy." Members and those associated with the Black Chamber always seem to have the right papers. Their is some tension with the Church of the Anchor, who are investigating to see if their method of creating liches is based on their soul gem method, and therefore blasphemous.

Dhex'rhoos the Green Baron, a well-connected produce-shop proprietor and maverick produce hybridizer, is a high-ranking member of the guild.
