Forest Halflings

Forest halfling ethnic groups were historically defined by their alliances in the war. Outriders, Oaks, AntiOaks, etc. Halflings evolved large eyes to see in the murky forest. Their hands and feet are equally dexterous (brachiation).
Forest Halflings have gender.
