Black Chamber of the Commerce Guild

The Black Chamber of the Commerce Guild is an assembly of liches and their attendants that run the Great Market of Andorith. Their motto is "First Respect Paperwork, then Respect Hierarchy." Members and those associated with the Black Chamber always seem to have the right papers.
Relationship with The Church of the Anchor of the Lord
The Church of the Anchor of the Lord is currently investigating The Black Chamber for blasphemy. The Black Chamber assembly is known to include lich members (whose names are not disclosed to the public), and church leaders fear that the guild's highly secretive method of lich transformation is based on Church soul gem technology.
